By making a purchase and using this website, you agree to the following terms. We therefore ask you to read carefully the terms and conditions before using our site.

 

Confirmation

Once we have received an order from you, we will send an electronic confirmation / invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when making an order. The confirmation also represents your receipt of the purchase.

 

Payment

You can choose to pay by bank, credit card, swish or by invoice. Purchase by invoice is administered by Klarna and that service can only be used by customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. When paying by bank or credit card, Mondido Payments AB handles all our bank transactions. Alexander Frank does not handle any bank or credit card numbers.

 

Payment With Card

Pay securely with Visa or MasterCard over the internet. Your payment is handled by Mondido Payments AB with secure encryption and strict bank standard. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and can not be read or downloaded by anyone other than your bank. Alexander Frank does not charge any additional charges for card payments. On the other hand, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on the card type and bank. When paying by credit or debit card, the terms start as soon as the card transaction has been approved. In the event that no payment has been received after you have placed your order, the order can be automatically canceled by Alexander Frank.

 

Payment With Klarna

Together with Klarna Bank AB Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following choices for payment where the payment is done directly with Klarna:

 

Pay Within 14 Days 

When a purchased is made using this payment option you receive an invoice with the option to pay now or wait 14 days to pay from the date of the order. Account (Konto)

Klarna Account (Konto) is a credit account which is provided by Klarna and gives you as a debtor the opportunity to set up a monthly down payment plan with a minimum of 1/24 of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the terms in checkout. Prices

All prices shown on the Alexander Frank website, www.alexanderfrank.se, are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable law. Please note that if an order is shipped to a non-EU country, any import duties and taxes may be charged, which will be charged when shipment reaches your shipping address. You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Alexander Frank has no control over these charges, and since these fees are different for different countries, Alexander Frank can not predict their size. Alexander Frank recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Product Information

Alexander Frank has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information without prior notice. Product images and other information aim to reflect the product as much as possible. However, we reserve for any errors that may occur on the webpage and can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the correct look of the wallet. The images should be seen as illustrations only. Image quality may also vary depending on the color settings you have on your computer.

 

Warranty And Faulty Delivery

The warranty is valid six months from the date of the purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing errors only, not normal wear and tear. It is not valid if the damage is caused by incorrect usage and/or accidents.

Make sure you contact the Alexander Frank customer service as soon as the manufacturing error has been discovered. When contacting the customer service, please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. We also need a photo clearly showing the defect.

Delivery And Cancellation 

Alexander Frank ships its products worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the Swedish Postnord and its partners in other countries. You are entitled to cancel an order and return goods by contacting Alexander Frank Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of the goods. However, this is provided that the goods in the same condition as when you received them. The cost and the risk of transporting goods you want to return to Alexander Frank are imposed on the customer.

In case you as a customer perceive that the delivery of a product is unusually delayed, which means that you no longer wish to complete the purchase, it is your responsibility to make a cancellation. In case the wallets has already been shipped, the customer must receive the order. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation has been received from Alexander Frank via email. If a product is no longer sold, Alexander Frank has the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund. Alexander Frank will notify the customer of a return item or equivalent product available.

The estimated delivery time is 3-7 work days in Sweden with Standard Shipping and  1-2 work days with Express Shipping depending on where you live. In the rest of the world the estimated delivery time is 9-12 work days with Standard Shipping and with Express Shipping 5-7 work days, also depending on where you live.
